No. We work with the real state of your home. Tidying for the visit misses the point — we need to see the actual system (or lack of one) to fix it correctly.

Regular cleaning maintains a surface. A reset changes the system underneath it. We diagnose, restructure, and install logic — so the space works for you instead of against you. Cleaning is a byproduct of a good reset, not the goal.

You send photos or a short video walkthrough via WhatsApp. We assess what's not working, what the system gap is, and deliver either a written plan, a live call, or a full blueprint depending on the package. No in-person visit needed — the diagnosis is visual and structural.

We discuss this during intake. For most resets, clients provide the basics (vacuum, mop, products). For specific treatments we bring what we need. This is confirmed before the visit — no surprises.

Our best Advance Booking Rate applies to services confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Bookings confirmed 3–6 days ahead use the Standard Rate. Bookings confirmed 24–72 hours ahead use the Priority Rate. Requests made less than 24 hours before the service require manual approval and use the Urgent Booking Rate. Same-day availability is not guaranteed.

A booking is confirmed only after the service scope has been accepted, the required address and photos have been submitted, payment or deposit has been received, and Slavic Homemaking has confirmed the time in writing.

Urgent requests are accepted only after manual approval. Full payment is required before confirmation. Urgency does not increase the agreed scope, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
